long live the princeton filibuster!

In protest of Senator Bill Frist (Princeton ’74) and his threats to “go nuclear” and change the filibuster rule, students, politicians, scholars and citizens have been staging their own filibuster at the Frist Campus Center at Princeton University. They’ve been at it, non-stop, for over 78 hours! Go, Princetonians!

Okay, the article title is a bit harsh. But still, the though of a bamboo bike frame is really weird. My best memories of bamboo are in the form of clarinet reeds and slalom gates, both of which broke fairly easily. Link seen at BoingBoing.
