Two things that came out of Bush’s mouth a few minutes ago:
“The majesty of law…”
“Justice William Wehnquist…”
And he just rambled on about how Roberts is “what people want in a judge,” and how he’s not going “to legislate from the bench.”
But isn’t that what SCOTUS does?!?!?
