Whew!
I’ve been working on a rather involved, if not physically large, project to give as a holiday present.
And, as of 8:54 pm tonight, it’s done!
Now all I need to do is assemble it - but the worst part is over.
Only problem: missed the 9:00 pm bus. So I wait for the 9:20. Dinner [...]

The American Center for Law and Justice, a theocon group led by so-called-evangelist Pat Robertson, has filed suit is to stop Illinois from requiring pharmacies to fill prescriptions for emergency contraception, saying that the law doesn’t allow pharmicists to refuse to fill prescriptions on religious or moral grounds.
This suit is wrong on so many levels.

With Dick Cheney saying that the president needs wiretaps to “establish the legitimate authority of the presidency,” it shows that this administration has no fucking clue about the separation of powers that are the hallmark of the stability of the republic that is the United States of America.
