sunday, ugly sunday

I spent all day today sick as a dog: aches, fever, nausea (with vomiting – whee!), chills, sweats, the lot. Looks like I had the first flu of the season a major stomach bug – had I gone in for a flu jab (offered free by work), it wouldn’t have helped, as it takes a few weeks for the antibodies to build up.

I hope I can make it to work tomorrow. Dinner has settled okay (though my stomach is still grumbling), but I’m really tired. Perhaps some sleep will help.
