After finding out that delivery of said book was attempted but since nobody was there, was not delivered, I called UPS wondering why no notice was given to me (I had to find out through amazon.com). I bitched and moaned fairly loudly to the poor woman and then ended up having to put the book on hold at their pickup spot for this week. I then get home Sunday night and to what do my wandering eyes appear, but Harry Potter sitting at my door step. I’m not sure if I should burn UPS to the ground or sing their mighty praises up and down Fairfax Ave! In the end, I just decided to let it go and try not to use them if I can help it.
@shultquist And I'm not willing to pony up the highway-robbery prices for cable 'round DC - I feel silly paying for what has been free. in reply to shultquist4 hrs ago
