So I wrote about my freak, intense back pain that made yesterday an achy adventure. I was able to find relief in some exercise ball work at home. I did a 45 minute core strength workout, along with some crunches and a lot of stretching. The pain has subsided markedly since then, though there’s still a tinge of pain in the area if pressure is applied directly to the sore spot.
