I woke up this morning with the most incredible lower back pain I’ve had in years. A nerve just above my right hip was tweaked by something (probably my Sunday ride, which shows that I need to get my core strength caught up with my legs), and was probably aggravated by a static sleeping position. I’ve had pain there before due to a skiing injury, and it’ll bug me from time to time. But this morning was excruciating: every move I made caused intense pain. I eventually got it under control with ibuprofen, Tiger Balm and some yoga stretches that sprite showed me. But…. OW!
